Our case study for Holland Casino

As a contractor, we’ve been ask to guide the transition from Holland Casino’s local IT infrastructure to the new workspace solution of KPN. We ensured the technical quality from the customers perspective with the main focus on the core business performance. Starting from there, we’ve also implemented serval business related projects to increase the overall player experience and made sure that business continuity was covered.

Transition to KPN Future Workspace (FRW)

WiNC Solutions have been ask to guide the transition to the new workspace of KPN from the customers perspective to ensure the technical quality of the core business systems. Based on that, we’ve implemented a complete App-V infrastructure and created the design of a Citrix Desktop. We also migrated all the complex applications, especially the gaming systems and we’ve done all the complex packaging work.

Setting up CATO (Casino Acceptance, Test, Development)

Implementation Proactive management (including Monitoring)

Upgrade Cammegh (Roulette from cameras to RIM sensors)
